Paddington Residence III
The Paddington residence came about through the reworking of an 1800’s Grand Paddington Terrace, turning four apartments into one generous sized family home. Carrara Gioia was the only natural stone used to create a light-filled and minimalistic home with enchanting, delicate details.
A Carrara marble splash back sets the graceful tone for the open plan kitchen, elegantly finished off with a marble kitchen island. Further dressing the bathrooms, Carrara features on bespoke marble vanities, as well as fully clad marble walls and marble flooring, accentuating the light and airy feel of the home. Moving through to the living areas, an artfully sculpted marble fireplace is elegantly rounded off with delicate corbels, creating a beautiful eye-catching feature in the luxe living room.
Since ancients times Carrara marble was highly prized for its incredible white/grey facade and was even used by Michelangelo to craft the now famous Statue of David. If you would also like to add a little bit of history and elegance to your home, contact us to discuss all your possibilities.
